Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EdgeGoat ("the Service"), operated by InnateDuty LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

EdgeGoat is a statistical analysis and projection tool for sports including NBA, NCAAB, and NHL. The Service provides data-driven projections, parlay building tools, and tracking features for informational and entertainment purposes.

EdgeGoat is NOT a sportsbook. We do not accept, facilitate, or process any wagers or bets. We do not hold customer funds. All projections and analyses are for informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and not share your credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Maintain only one account per person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

5. Subscription & Billing

EdgeGoat offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payment processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
• Refunds: No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increases take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of EdgeGoat provides limited access to the Service, including:

• Up to 3 parlay builds per day
• Basic projections only (advanced models and features require a paid plan)
• Limited historical data access

We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• EdgeGoat does not guarantee any profit from the use of our projections, analyses, or tools.
• Our projections are not financial or betting advice. All decisions to place wagers are made solely at your own risk and discretion.
• Past performance of our projections is not indicative of future results. Statistical models are inherently uncertain.
• The Service is intended for entertainment and analytical purposes. You should not rely on our projections as the sole basis for any wagering decision.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that data and projections will be accurate or reliable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, statistical models, projection methodologies, and software code comprising the Service are the exclusive property of InnateDuty LLC and are protected as trade secrets and by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to derive the algorithms or models used by the Service
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any projections or content for commercial purposes
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service

9. Trademarks & Third-Party Affiliations

EdgeGoat is an independent product operated by InnateDuty LLC. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any sportsbook, league, team, broadcaster, or data provider, including but not limited to:

• Hard Rock Digital and Hard Rock Sportsbook
• The National Basketball Association (NBA) and its member teams
• The National Hockey League (NHL) and its member teams
• Major League Baseball (MLB) and its member clubs
• The Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) and its member teams
• The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), including NCAAB and NCAAF competitions
• ESPORTSBATTLE and any esports competition or organizer
• ESPN, Inc. and any other broadcaster or content provider

All team names, league names, logos, marks, and other intellectual property referenced within the Service are the property of their respective owners. References to such marks are made solely for identification and informational purposes under principles of nominative fair use, and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship relationship.

Statistical data may be derived from publicly available sources. EdgeGoat makes no claim of ownership over any underlying sports data and does not represent itself as an official source for any league or sportsbook.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Share account access with a syndicate, group, or any third parties
• Resell or redistribute projections, analyses, or any Service output
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any gambling losses, regardless of whether our projections were used in making wagering decisions.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, though these Terms survive as applicable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
